Shipping Policies + Info
Shipping is offered only to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada.
Pricing + Transit Times
I plan to ship off all packages within 5-7 days of the order being placed!
Contiguous United States: Shipping for a 1-2 mug/cup box costs approximately $11.50-15.50 USD. Transit times typically range from 2-5 business days once shipped.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping for a 1-2 mug/cup box costs approximately $16.50-23.50 USD. Transit times typically range from 2-4 business days once shipped.
Canada: Shipping for a 1-2 mug/cup box costs approximately $21-32 USD. Transit times typically range from 7-14 business days and please note that customs processing may add an additional 2-5 business days.
Important Note for Canada Orders: Orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Local GST/HST taxes, import duties, and carrier handling fees are not included at checkout and will be collected by Canada Post upon delivery.
Packaging
I do my best to re-use as much packing materials as possible. That being said, packages may not be the prettiest but are helping to reduce waste and to recycle.
Breakages Policy
Every item is packaged carefully with lots of protection to withstand transit. In the event that a piece arrives damaged or broken, please send me an email within 48 hours! In your email please include:
Photos of the outside of the box including the shipping label.
Photos of the packaging.
Photos of the damaged item.
I will offer a full refund or replacement item depending on what you prefer!
